All payments made for membership plans, premium features, or any other value-added services are non-refundable.
By making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same service
Payment failure but amount debited from your bank account and not credited to your profile
In case of a technical error where the service was not delivered after successful payment
In such cases, users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof (payment receipt, bank statement, screenshot, etc.).
